SmokeFest Tour 2025

1. Set up an account for yourself on the website if you don’t already have one. This will expedite checkout and enable us to email your receipt.

If you converted your email into a bar code we can scan. We would be forever grateful at the checkout line.

2. If you’re worried about going over budget, don’t forget you can use Smokey Hill gift cards at SmokeFest checkout! This is a great way to set a limit for yourself! We accept cash, credit cards, and Smokey Hill gift cards. If you can avoid cash, we prefer it BUT don’t worry if that’s all you have or how you prefer to pay.

3. Bring a wagon, cart, or strong person with you! We are happy to help you load your car.

4. Come with an open mind but bring a general wishlist with you. Think about what types of projects you will be making in the coming months (suncatchers, jewelry, ornaments, etc.) and what types of materials you will need. Let the patterns speak to you when you get here! And don’t forget about Christmas season! We have packed a literal ton of Christmas patterns for those of you looking ahead.

5. Children are absolutely welcome to attend! Don’t let that hold you back from coming. Our daughter and her friend will be there as the unofficial welcoming committee They have had a ball meeting and playing with everyone’s kids at the other SmokeFest events.

6. Enjoy yourself! Touch the materials you’ve always wanted to see in person, ask us questions, meet new laser friends. Most customers have been spending about 2-3 hours leisurely shopping and talking with others at the other stops. Make the day fun for yourself—remember that your travel to the event is a business expense!

If you add something to your wagon but decide you don’t want it anymore, please either put it back where it came from or hand it to one of us if you don’t have the time or don’t remember where it goes. We will be more than happy to put it back for you! We have ourselves on a tight schedule in order to squeeze in as many cities as possible so we need to be able to pack up quickly and hit the road after the event. Sorting and reshelving all the discarded pieces was the longest part of cleanup for us at the first few stops, so this would be a huge help!
