1. How many sheets fit in a flat rate box?
USPS flat rate boxes can hold 10 sheets of 1/4" material OR 20 sheets of 1/8" material. You can certainly mix and match thicknesses. A trick to help you determine whether or not your order will fit into one of these boxes is to consider each box as containing 20 spaces. Each 1/8" piece in your order counts as one space. **Please not that any sheets larger than 19x12 will not fit in the flat rate boxes.**
2. What is your shipping speed?
We work very hard to get all standard wood orders placed before 1PM EST out the same or next business day. Exceptions include presale orders, custom orders and orders placed during new releases, flash sales, or during peak holiday season (mid-November to mid-December).
PatternPly® is not eligible for expedited shipping without prior approval. Please contact us before ordering if you need expedited PatternPly®.
3. How much will it cost to ship my order?
The fastest way to figure this out is to add your desired items to your cart and simulate a checkout. If you contact us with this question, we have to do this same process with your order, so it will be faster for you to try it yourself. We offer several shipping carriers and options to help you find the best price and speed.
4. Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes! If you need your plywood or PatternPly® sheets cut in half to fit a smaller laser bed, just leave a note at checkout to cut everything in half. If you need larger sized plywood sheets than our normal 12x19, we can do that as well! We do custom sizing by the full 4x8' sheet. This means that you can purchase 20 standard sheets on the website (which equals a full 4x8 sheet) and leave a note at checkout about how you would like it cut. You can also provide us with a cut sheet and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. If creating a cut sheet, don't forget to account for a 0.25" saw blade kerf. Please note that custom orders have a longer lead time than standard orders. We will be able to provide an accurate time estimate once we have your request in hand.
5. Do you have a minimum or maximum order size?
Nope! Order as little or as much as you like! Just make sure your order fits in a flat rate box, should you choose that shipping option (see Question #1). We even offer pallet shipping for bulk orders!
6. I am a local customer. Can I come pick up my order?
Yes! Contactless local pickups now available on our loading dock. At checkout, click to change your shipping address. A box will pop up asking you if you want the order delivered or available for pickup. We will text you when your order is ready, so please make sure you have an accurate phone number on the order.

8. What is the difference between standard and finished wood?
Our standard wood is finish sanded and ready for you to dye, stain, clear coat, or leave as is. Our finished wood is clear coated for you already.
9. Do you offer custom PatternPly?
