Custom Full Coverage PatternPly®

Full coverage PatternPly® features patterns that completely cover the sheet, with no gaps. This means that the only way to reveal the core color underneath is to engrave away the pattern. If there is a background color in the product photo, this background will be present no matter which core
is selected. All full coverage PatternPly® is opaque.

What sorts of images are allowed?

Photos and illustrations are welcome, but please refrain from any images depicting nudity (including cartoons), violence, or trademarked logos/slogans/images. If
submitting a school logo (nothing collegiate), it is your responsibility to have permission from the school to use the logo. We will not be held
responsible for any permission or trademark violations. We reserve the right to flag any images that violate our terms of service. If using a school logo, please do not just send the logo. Instead, scale it to the size you want and create a pattern on your 19.4 x 12.25" artboard. 

Can I order a custom duo or trio of patterns you already carry?

Unfortunately, due to different formatting and production techniques used to create the different PatternPly®, we are unable to create custom duos or trios of patterns we
already carry. You are welcome to submit your own custom duo or trio, however!
Please note that anything more than a trio will not line up well on the front vs. the back if you choose two sided UNLESS you choose the two sided on
clear. 

Can I have different images on the front vs. the back of the sheet?

No, we do not offer this at this time. 

Can I request a proof?

We prefer not to provide proofs because it holds up the process. Artwork will be scaled the same way as you have provided on your 19.4 x 12.25" artboard. 

What if I don't know how to create my own artwork?

If you cannot create your own artwork, we suggest licensing an image from one of various stock image sites. Make sure that you have purchased a commercial license. You will still need to properly size the image (19.4 x 12.25") before submitting. 

Is the artwork my own or are you going to sell it to others?

If you have created your own artwork, rest assured we will never sell it to anyone else. If your artwork is licensed from somewhere, we cannot guarantee that another customer will not come to us with the same artwork. In other words, we cannot promise exclusivity for licensed art. 

CLEAR CORE OPTIONS

For clear cores, one side of the sheet will be a matte version of the image the other side of the sheet will show the image, pattern, or solid color coming through the acrylic or flex. For a better visual of this,

Any item ordered on clear acrylic and flex WILL have the background as pictured in the photo. If you do not want a background color and instead want clear spacing between the images, please view the PatternPly® Scattered collection.

MIRROR ACRYLIC CORE OPTIONS

The one-sided option will have your desired pattern on one side and PatternPly® Solid BLACK on the back side. Only the patterned side is
engravable to see the mirrored/metallic core. The two-sided option will have
your desired pattern on BOTH sides. Only one side is engravable to see the
mirrored/metallic core, even with the two-sided option. This engravable side
will be noted on your sheet. Unlike our other acrylic offerings, the mirrored
acrylic cores use an extruded acrylic. All the other acrylic cores are cast
acrylic.

NATURAL LEATHER CORE OPTIONS

This is a natural leather and is only offered one sided. The back side will be white in color and have the typical unfinished look/feel you expect from the back side of natural leather. The leather is laser safe.

SMOKEHIDE LEATHERETTE CORE OPTIONS

Leatherette sheets are 12 x 18”. If one of the no adhesive options is selected, the back of the leatherette sheet will be black. Black,
gold, and silver core colors are available. Engravings will display in the core color selected. For the best effect, choose patterns that are not too busy and that contrast in color from the selected core color. Settings will vary based on pattern selected and color core selected and will need to be tested.

Custom PatternPly® enables you to be the artist! Suggested uses for custom PatternPly® include:

* Reflect theming at local festivals    
* Create hometown pride items    
* Match a bride’s color scheme
* Create promotional items for your business, church, or another local business   
* Submit photos for custom family and pet ornaments,
décor, etc.   
* Use local school/team colors or logos (with permission)

Submit your artwork and stand out from the crowd!

As long as files are properly submitted and formatted, most will ship the next business day from the date of order placement. If there is a problem with a file, our graphic designer will reach out to you. Improper files
will extend the lead time. Please note that if you couple wood with your PatternPly® order, it will all ship together.

All sheets are 12 x 19" except the 12 x 18" Leatherette (black, gold, and silver cores). If you need your sheets cut smaller to fit
your laser bed, please leave a note on the order at checkout and we will gladly cut the sheets in half, for example
