SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We work very hard to get all standard wood orders placed before 1PM EST out the same or next business day. Exceptions include presale orders, custom orders and orders placed during new releases, flash sales, or during peak holiday season (mid-November to mid-December). 

All PatternPly® is made to order. Most PatternPly® orders will ship the next business day from the date of order placement. Please note that if you couple wood with your PatternPly® order, it will all ship together.

 

RETURNS

Any items ordered mistakenly or no longer needed are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping costs. Any returned items must be new and unused. We strongly encourage you to read all product descriptions and double-check your cart before submitting your order. You will receive an order confirmation email following the purchase, which we also encourage you to review to make sure you have selected the correct material type, thickness, etc.

MISFIT ITEMS:  All misfit items, custom items (including swatch color orders), and cut orders (4x8 cut your way or checkout notes about cutting sheets down) are final sale
