1. How many sheets fit in a flat rate box?

USPS flat rate boxes can hold 10 sheets of 1/4" material OR 20 sheets of 1/8" material. You can certainly mix and match thicknesses. A trick to help you determine whether or not your order will fit into one of these boxes is to consider each box as containing 20 spaces. Each 1/8" piece in your order counts as one space. **Please not that any sheets larger than 19x12 will not fit in the flat rate boxes.**

2. What is your shipping speed?

We work very hard to get all standard wood orders placed before 1PM EST out the same or next business day. Exceptions include presale orders, custom orders and orders placed during new releases, flash sales, or during peak holiday season (mid-November to mid-December). 

3. How much will it cost to ship my order?

The fastest way to figure this out is to add your desired items to your cart and simulate a checkout. If you contact us with this question, we have to do this same process with your order, so it will be faster for you to try it yourself. We offer several shipping carriers and options to help you find the best price and speed. 

4. Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes! We can certainly cut to order. This is a great option if you have a specific project in mind or own a larger or smaller laser than the Glowforge. Please note that custom orders have a longer lead time than standard orders. We will be able to provide an accurate time estimate once we have your request in hand. 

5. Do you have a minimum or maximum order size?

Nope! Order as little or as much as you like! Just make sure your order fits in a flat rate box, should you choose that shipping option (see Question #1). We even offer pallet shipping for bulk orders!

6. I am a local customer. Can I come pick up my order?

Yes! Contactless local pickups now available on our loading dock. At checkout, click to change your shipping address. A box will pop up asking you if you want the order delivered or available for pickup. We will text you when your order is ready, so please make sure you have an accurate phone number on the order. 

7. Where can I find cut/engrave settings?

8. What is the difference between standard and finished wood?

Our standard wood is finish sanded and ready for you to dye, stain, clear coat, or leave as is. Our finished wood is clear coated for you already. 

9. When can I order PatternPly?

We hold a PatternPly pre-sale every Friday night beginning around 9PM. The pre-sale lasts through Sunday night. All PatternPly patterns will be available for pre-sale order at this time, and you don't have to worry about anything selling out! Additional details about the PatternPly pre-sales can be found in the product description on any of the PatternPly product pages.  

10. Do you offer custom PatternPly?
